I own Mrs. Meagher's 1855 Honeymoon Bonnet - I hope for it to go on display with the General's sword at Fredericksburg

[...] LOC writes about it here and Flickr writes about it here. David Weinberger (who I found out from) writes about it here. [...]

I am searching for a photograph of Elizabeth Townsend Meagher. She was born in 1830 and died in Rye, NY in 1906.

She was the daughter of Peter Townsend, a wealthy foundry owner.
She married Thomas Francis Meagher, from Ireland, a lawyer, and Territorial Governor of Montana 1865-67. He died in the Missouri River July 1, 1867 in Ft. Benton, Montana.

Thank you for any information and assistance you can give me.

I felt like your book was coming to life when I saw this today and started playing around with it this morning. It's fantastic!

I got chills when I added my first tags to a photo from the LOC.
